THE HIGH ACHIEVERS PROGRAM

The Knowledge Institute's High Achievers Program is our signature development program for high school students in Eswatini, who are committed to pursuing university studies after high school, are academically talented, care about their communities and seeking a program that can offer personal development for their further growth. Students will be immersed in a vigorous four week long learning experience which encompasses various key themes such as leadership, disruptive thinking, career readiness, civic engagement and financial literacy.

ELIGIBILITY

The HAP is for high achieving Form 3, 4 and 5 students who are passionate about learning and committed to making a difference in their communities.

Academic Excellence

Candidates must demonstrate a history of academic achievement and commitment to their studies. Candidates that can show growth in their grades are also welcome to apply.

Exemplary Character

Candidates must demonstrate maturity of character, respect everyone, be comfortable being themselves, and have a spirit of team work, collaborating with others, and ease engaging with all age groups.

Leadership Potential

Candidates should have experience participating in extracurricular activities that reflect their interests and what they care about. They should demonstrate leadership potential through either leading teams or leading projects within teams.

Community Service

Candidates should care about their community and making a difference. This can be through engaging in activities in their immediate environment including their schools, homes, churches or other. Authenticity is key.
